Hi Tiagus,
That is not good news, you should not have oil coming from the breather :( , oil mist is OK, to be pressuring the crankcase enough to blow out oil suggests your cylinder bore/piston rings are worn, try to check compression with a tester :S
Sorry no quick cure to this problem apart from a cylinder rebuild

My 604 big bore motor used to produce a bit of condensed vapour and oil. I only know this because I had to have a catch tank on the breather to pass scrutineering.

Might be worth taking the filter housing off and giving it a clean out of any stuff accumulated over the years. Perhaps then intercept the breather hose and run the engine to see if anything is being blown out. When the rings went on my Morini you could clearly see vapour and droplets. Does sound like excess crankcase pressurisation due to worn bore or broken rings though.

and you should check your oil level *before* dismounting the complete engine ;)
No, that's not a joke!

ciao Joachim

After all was that the oil was old and the new oil is no longer spits. Now I'm trying to understand how the tachometer does not work.

Hi Tiagus,
Good to hear your oil problem was not so serious :)
You can download the Nordie manual with wiring diagrams from this site,
From memory  there are 3 wires to the rev counter, 1 is 12v, 2 is an earth and the 3rd is a pulse wire for the rev counter to count, sorry I cannot remember the colours and at 5.00 am here too early to be looking :silly:
Your Nordie looks nice B)
