Hi Kike,
The Nordie would be fitted with 2 carbs ie, 2x34 Mikuni or 2x33cr Keihin as I am using, they have the advantage of being a fairly easy bolt on, if you have a spare engine to play with then you could go the big bore, big valve head route, check out the German club forum for a posting by a Scandinavian Saturno owner who had increased his engine to 640cc with bigger valves and quoted 75bhp at the wheel. A lot of engineering to get to that state and maybe not practical for the road.

I want to know the webs where I can buy the big pistons, cams, valves, etc, or what brands sell them.

Unfortunatelly i ony have adresses form Germany :(
A 100mm piston could be delivered by Volker Heim.
www.heimracing.eu/motorradzubeh%C3%B6r/gilera-tuning/

He also sells Tornado cams for Saturnos. If i remeber right, they are made by Grossewaechter. But they did not sell to end users. Maybe Volker could also get something made for a Nordie.

I think if you contact a local engine tuner you may also find someone who helps.
We have here around Wahl Spezialkolben. They can make you something whihc will fit from Mahle pistons. Maybe such a service is also available in GB.

Maybe it's worth to contact Gottfried Hahnes wife. Maybe there is a 600ccm kit left in his storage. I think she would be glad to sell it.
Next weekend i could make some photos to give her a help to search and find ;)

Beside this, maybe Mauri could give you some help.

The Scandinavian saturno with 640cc bore had a piston from Wahl spezialkolben, I think the piston in my 604 Frigioli big bore kit may have come from Cosworth, just be carefull high power can lead to cracked crancases, the 750 Dakar racers and GB1 super mono racers had different (stronger?) castings

Many thanks for this links. A long time ago, before I bought my nordy, I found the B&B technology website but I couldn´t remember the name.

Here, in Spain, I don´t know any place to buy this kind of stuff, I am used to buy around the world...

For the time being, I wait for the fresco exhaust (what I don´t know when will it arrives) and I hope the nordy feels a little bit powerful

Regards, kike

there was a guy named Carlos from spain who bought a Saturno Anniversario from Gottfried some years ago. He was racing in some kind of Supermono series, i think.
If you have a look at Mauris websites you will find his name.
Maybe you can find him. And maybe he has some exprience in tuning Gilera engines, or has some connections
