Am I correct in thinking the GFR should have a 32mm VHSA carb, its just that someone told me it should be a 36mm?

Also, does anyone run a different carb, seems alot of scooter tuners go for a bigger one

That's what the technical info and the Workshop manual says.

Never heard of anyone running a bigger carb. 30BHP not enough ? ;)

Thanks for the reply. Good job it doesn't have a 36 mm carb, would be hard to get hold of.

yoy may have enough troubble with the original carb.
You may not want smething else which may cause even more troubble

Take care. In the parts list (or is it in the manual?) is a wrong slider listed.
Mine did not run very well with the setting from the manuals.
It starts perfect without choke. Even in winter (i wish my Nordie would start like this). And it seems to run very rich because of the big amount of 'white smoke' comming out of the exhaust

Got some spares for my Nordette from these guys, very helpful, and they have a good website with all the parts listed.
