right im sure some of you guys know the answer to this question, so i need to know what type of oil i put in the gfr forks and how much i put in, i have ordered seals and the forks are apart ready for the seals to be replaced.

the GFR manual tells 400ccm each leg.
The Crono manual says 350ccm RH and 300ccm LH.

Oil? uups the manuals tell nothing.
I just cannot remember and my notices are not here but at home :blush:

i done a google search for the gfr and found nothing and for the crono i found putoline hpx10, i don't know if this will be the same though so i am holding off till i am certain

i think every good fork oil grade 10 would be ok.
I also have used 10

PS Motul also recommens grade 10 on their website
