Haven't heard of that address for Piaggio and I spent the first 20 years of my life within a couple of miles from Bromley. Even worked from Mason Hill at one stage. Be interested to hear who replies and what they say in that reply. If you don't get a reply, would suggest you ring Piaggio London and ask them for a name/phone contact for that address. Paul

well i got a reply.

they need an engine number and a "correct" frame number as well as a picture. The term scooter keeps cropping up in the letter so I'm not holding my breath on this one!

Don't worry too much about the word 'scooter' as I think the 50cc bikes are 'known' as scooters even though they are bikes. Was your reply actually from Piaggio-Gilera or a different name altogether?
