I am rebuilding a Gilera Cougar for my son
as a gift for his birthday, does anyone know were i can get a workshop manual from
would be great if it was on line as a pdf,
trying to find one is like looking for

Mike, the Coguar Manual does not include engine details, but the engine used is a Honda 125, so any Honda dealer should be able to suppply engine details if you require.

thanks for the info,
not a problem with the engine I am a senior lecturer in the motor vehicle department in birmingham.
just needed the manual for specific details, also plan on doing a custom job on it for my son. nothing fancy just a sissy bar custom paint split seats.
