hi,I picked up a Sioux from a boot sale about six months ago.It had been used off-road All the plastics had been taken off,and not knowing much about bikes,it took me ages to find out what model it was.Isent off to DVLA for v5 to find out it had not been registered in this country.I got in touch with Piaggio who charged me 46euros for a type approval cert.Igot it mot,d and have just got it registered.Hoping to have a little go on it soon, but really need to get some bits, such as a back wheel, and hopefully another engine,as this ones had the threaded end of the crank [charging side] snapped off! Theres just enough thread to get 2 turns of the nut on,so its that and Loctite for now.TYhe wiring loom was shot as well so Ive done a basic rewire for now.

These bikes were a warehouse find in Italy and were imported by Bonanza motorcycles in Croydon who broke two for spares. Even when found they were about 10 years out of production. Spares for these are the preverberal rocking horse shit, there is a complete engine on feebay at the moment, replacement cranks can be had if you search in feebay on a worldwide option(germany). Most spares when and if they become available are to be found in Italy if you have a rear hub you'll have to get a new rim and re-spoke, as regards plastics, there is a LH fairing panel and a complete bike being broken on feebay italy , bob wright may have a few bits and pieces, all body panels are the same as the apache, if you find broken panels i recommend plastex repair kits, the finished repair is brilliant. you'll have real trouble finding the L and R mudguard supports. I am also looking for a rear wheel/hub and a fork tube, Be prepared to use google translate and e-mail feebay sellers in Italy asking if they have any other parts.

I will look at wheels for the H@K Surfer, RCR and GSM to see if they are compatible
