The CX125 frame is steel, right?

Is it used on any other models or is it solely for this model?

Yes like the frame of all the other 125ccm Gileras from those days

Is it used on any other models or is it solely for this model?

I'm not shure.
At least it looks the same as the frame of the SPs, the Crono and the GFR.
But maybe there are differences.
Steering head angle could be different.
And also the steering head itself.
Sorry,i have never seen one live ;)

ciao joachim

Hi,

The CX frame is different from all the other 125s. The main frame beams and engine mount points are all the same but the difference is the rear sub frame and how the fairings are mounted.

Cheers Leigh/Joachim - that's what I reckoned but couldn't be sure. I was pretty certain the rear subframe was different due to the all-in-one type of bodywork on the CX.
