Would it be easy to source the parts to convert the nordy to rc headlamps and is it an improvement?

I think Dik Stapley did it, but I don't know how he got hold of the parts or if it gave better illumination.

The RC600C has the same as Nordie body work fitted with twin headlights, then later they were fitted with rectangular the same as Nordies,
My Rc came with rectangular but I found a twin lamp nose cone as I wanted it to look a little different to the Nordie, I doubt there is any light advantage as standard, but more modern high intensity lights could be better
Keep an eye on fleabay, they do come up from time to time - - unless I bought the last one

Some years ago the designar of the Nordie posted the story of the Nordie in the GeN group.
As far as i remember it was forbidden at that times to have a doubble round headlight at motorcycles in France.
So the french RC/C all had a different upper fairing with the square headlight which went later on into the Nordie fairing.
I should hav a little investigation where i can find the article again.
But just no time at the moment. European model solarboatcup is calling.

I'm not in that. I have seen double headlamp units on ebay, I could modify the upper fairing and make some brackets to suit. I use the bike in the dark a lot so would like something that works.
