Update. I can thoroughly recommend south coast seals folks. A lady named Nikki was so helpful, ordered seals with the part number on this thread on Monday and Tuesday tea time they were at my door! The guys are making a shaft and have the bearings. Not long now I hope.

Hi Joachim, do you live in France? I am looking for some detailed information on the water pump and its removal in a Nordwest, can't find much in the workshop manual, do you or anyone have any detailed information please? It sounds complicated... :)

Hi Ian,
If you look on the R-H side of your screen you will find 'links list' and a link to the French Gilera club there used to be a good video on there to strip and rebuild the water pump.
