Iv'e not seen one fitted in that position.
Check the wiring Diagram
and someone else can concur

The diagram shows a 15A standing alon. I have 2 bikes: on both the fuse box is sitting in that same position (betwin the battery and the engine), but on one it shows its inside like in the picture and on the other I have a wire shunting the two terminals, which leads me to question if something is missing inside the box.... Thanks.

Both my RC N Nordy have the same solenoid with the little fuse cover and the same as you, I reckon it was a jap bike general purchase by piaggio and potentially a bridge fuse could go over the two nul terminals and maybe power something else.... but whatever, it looks fine.

I noticed a solenoid on e bay just now and on the other side to that cover and the two nuts is a 15 a blade fuse in place, sorry to be confusing. but no fuse under the snap cover.
