Hi, I'm waiting for Bob Wright to get back to me. He's going to check out my list of parts I need and let me know what he can supply. I sent a message to the seller of the Saturno on eBay asking for some detail on the condition of the parts on the bike that I need but so far he hasn't responded. I've dug out my old race fairing which should suffice in the short term. A replacement is available from Germany but would cost c. £230 delivered. Next week I'm taking the crashed fairing to a body shop to get an opinion on whether it can be repaired or not. Thanks for the continued interest in this saga of misfortune, all of my own making! Cheers.

Hi Chris, 1st get yourself back into shape, then sort out the bike. We did chat a few years back at the Morini track day at Cadwell, I had just collected my barn find RC600 from a seller in Wigan and had it in the back of my renta tranni

The guy responded to me quick enough when I sent him a friendly heads-up that the secondhand switchgear he was wanting £95 for could be bought brand new from Bob for £45, and I also asked how much he wanted for the frame - response - 'frame sold'......

Fingers crossed Bob can supply some gold dust parts, keep on keeping on.

Thanks John, I'm on the mend although my right arm can't be raised more than a few inches yet. I keep sitting on my little Honda AX1 and testing how far I can reach to the bars! I think it will be a month or two before the stretch to the Saturno bars is achievable, even with one of them currently bent skywards! Cheers.

Yes, I think he may have been put off responding by my asking if the replacement parts I needed are in good condition. I'll contact him again and see if I can get a phone number out of him. Always better to talk if possible.
Cheers.
