After a fruitless search for a rear brake lever to replace the one I wrecked last year, Kano Nordi was kind enough to arrange a cast replacement from Nigeria, for which I am extremely grateful. A few months ago I bought another Saturno and a good friend here in the U.K. has used the rear lever to create a 3D print. He's going to use this to create a cast replica and I'm wondering if anyone else would like one? Believe me, if you ever trash yours you'll not find find another one! Cost will depend on the level of interest but I'm sure it won't be extortionate. Cheers.

Hi Chris, I hope your shoulder is now back in original condition and you have been able to rebuild your #1 Saturno?
Cheers

Hi John. I had to have the shoulder operated on a week ago. Physiotherapy gave me partial movement but I'm hoping for further improvement. The Saturno is now with a friend Rob Paget who runs a restoration business. Hopefully Both bike and I will be fully fit by 22 June, the date of the Morini Riders Club track day at Cadwell Park. How are things with you, will you be at Cadwell? Cheers.

Hi Chris, the 1st time (and 1sst)I was at MM Cadwell was when it was in September some years ago, Sadly I will be back in Kano week #3 in May, if all goes to plan and ISIS do not blow up Cairo airport I'll be back for the Mayday weekend.
Hope the physio gets you sorted
Cheers
Joh

Glad to hear you are on the mend properly Chris.

I managed to bin the Forgotten Era Morini demon braking on the approach to Hall corner at Loton Park speed hill climb. Kano Nordi will know whereof I speak.

A rather old front tyre probably didn't help on cold tarmac and I had slightly unloaded the front end by stupidly changing in to 3rd when I could have held it in 2nd.

One finger and my thumb now in splints, so no clutch action for a few weeks.

If it's operational by 22nd June I might take a ride over to Cadwell but I didn't enter the track day anyway - must have had a premonition ;)

Very little damage to the bike though as I was going a lot slower than you were.
