in europe it's easy and cheap to advice money with the IBAN system.
I did not think that bancs from down under use this to ;)
Maybe PayPal will be an option.

The world's famous Jeroen Baack high collar tuning part?
It was not easy to get hands on one of this ultra rare things.
Of course i have one ;)
But also of course, i will not give it away :(
But i will see if can make on for you.
I am not very good in such things but at work we have a small lathe.

You know that it will only works with stock Saturnos?
My #due had an Nordie cylinder with which the collar made only troubble.

ciao Joachim

Maybe if you could post a picture with some measurements of the high collar I could make one myself.

When you say stock Saturno does this include Exhaust as well. I'm currently fitting the K&N Pod filter and a Delkovic free flow muffler, then back to the dyno to rejet.

No experience with this things.
If i remember right i had also mounted an K&N filter, but the replacement one in the original air filter box.
And the italian exhaust damper which is opened, compared with the german one.
So give it a try ;)
I will see what's more work for me.
Using the lathe or doing a proper scetch ;)
Maybe next week...

ciao Joachim

Thank you Joachim,
Let me know when your ready.
By the way Dynoed the bike yesterday and had to go up to a 160 main jet with this combination and it picked up considerably in mid range power.
Cheers Murray.

I didn't get any print out of the results but simply compared before and after results and certainly gained from 4-6000RPM range. Also tried the muffler with and with out the DB killer, It made the same peak horsepower but lost power in the 4-5000rpm range with the DB killer in the muffler?
I fitted a K7 needle today and road tested, found better manners at part throttle so will do a proper run tomorrow and see what I think.
