Folks,
At long last I've found a Saturno Bialbero!, I got it from Chris at classic superbikes, needs a bit of work but seems to run nicely. It's a 350 Japanese import.
So brace yourselves for a barage of questions please!.
First of which is, the headlight and rear light are non standard items, I'm hoping Joachim will read this and I can purchase a rear light from him?. Does anyone have, or have any idea where I can locate a headlamp complete? I found one from a Cagiva 150 on Ebay italia but not completely sure if it's the correct one?, it has the correct 159 lens, same as my Morini.
Many thanks,
Alan.

Result! Was it one of the 4 he had photographed in a group picture on his website? Red and black ones if I recall, most looked almost complete and needing cosmetic love and care. I think all the 350s went to Japan so it's a real score.

Ping up some photos,

P ;}

Hi
Yes, it's the more or less standard 350, black with white wheels, Chris has posted a video of it on you tube.

Any comments good or bad from Gileristi more than welcome, you guys know what you're looking at better than I do!.
Alan.

Very sound running bike, Dakota based engine with subtle differences from the larger 558 motor, different size water pump etc. Looks like a great machine, stuff the cosmetics for now, ride it and refurb it during the winter!

That's the cunning plan!. I'll have to have it MOT's and insured so I can register it in this country anyhow.
Stanchions are rusty, but not on the sliding surface, need to sort out the headlight and tail light, probably a carb kit, the tyres are very old I think. I'll see when I get it up here next week hopefully.
