there is a very very nice original red 350 on ebay UK at the moment. Id get that over the modded bike and the other 350 looks rough and is a curious mix of standard model and IoM model parts.

You could hang out for a 500. I have not ridden a 350 but most reports say there is no that much in it...... (which seems strange since capacity of 500 is nearly 50% bigger...)
