Yes, I saw your video, I'm intrigued by the fitting of the flat slide, I wonder if it makes a big difference?, it would seem the bike was fitted with it when you got it so no comparison available.

Looks like i have read 350 but ignored it
if the carb neck is smaller than the one of the 500 it might be possible to turn some kind of adapter ring.
