I ended up fitting the Michelin Power RS's to my Saturno. They were available in the recommended factory sizes of 140/70 x 17 rear and 110/70 x 17 front which made selection easier.

I haven't finished scrubbing them in yet but I'm impressed with their grip so far. The bike seems far more nimble with the smaller rear (old was 150/60) on it and is super easy to flick through corners now.

Maybe that's because of the Michelins not due to the different size
