I heard of a company in India making replica alli tanks for other Italian bikes, but can't remember where I saw it.do a search for replica tanks and see what comes up.

Depends on how big the holes are ;)

I had to seal some major holes on the Morini 125H tank I've used on the Forgotten Error.

Beyond POR15 but curiously external rust on the top (stored in a barn somewhere) rather than internal on the bottom.

I used super epoxy two part 'paste' applied from the outside and smoothed off, than a coat of POR15 chassis paint before the final red.

Not leaking yet - fingers crossed.

There is a limit to what the epoxy sealers will do ,my Morini tank was so bad I stopped counting pin holes at 60!, I got a replacement tank.
A pricey option might be the tank man, or a similar company in the midlands whose name evades my memory at the moment, I'm sure a net search would bring them up, as has been suggested. Could it be lead filled first then coated with epoxy as a belt and braces solution?.
