Mine is a fabricated pulley.

The dimensions of the pulley are:
Height - 34mm
Diameter - 46mm

On the photo showing the inside of the pulley you can see how the nose of the shaft has dished the end of the pulley mounting hole. The original shaft diameter was 11.82mm. The pulley shaft mounting hole is now worn to 12.11mm.

It is repairable with a bit of work. Machining and fitting a sleeve is probably the go but the sleeve would need to be locked to the pulley in some fashion to prevent a similar failure in the future.

Bore the hole a little bigger, press in a rod or sleeve with undersized hole, weld in the sleeve, then machine the sleeve to fit the now undersized shaft, the shaft will have to be looked at as well, I doubt it is still round or parallel.

PS as your shaft will be a little undersized when the diameter is cleaned up there will be a shoulder where your repaired pulley will sit against, if you tap an M5 or M6 thread in the end of the shaft you can lock the pulley in place with a retaining screw and large washer, a little locktite on the thread will ensure it does not come loose.

Hi Sal,
Unless you order from PeMoPa in Germany you will be very lucky to find a pump, if you had one to rebuild that is pretty straight forward, the bearings and seals are available.
