Crikey!

I once researched the possibility of 'better' Paoili forks. To no avail, but might be worth enquiring
www.paioli.com/eng/prod.php.html

From that link, Paoli went into liquidation on 31/12/2013….! But some very pretty forks on their legacy site.

Finding someone to bore a hole in a piece of aluminium (7075 or 6061) 500mm long is the problem.
Need a deep hole boring machine like what is used for hydraulic cylinders. The rest of the machining is fairly straight forward :P

Nordwest revived with second hand forks from ebay out of Italy. Arrived here in NZ in 5 days!
I did find someone who would do the machining from solid bar to make new fork uppers. It would have been about £700 plus anodising.
Have been doing a few local back roads to keep away from the constabulary to put off paying the inevitable ridiculous registration fees here. Its pretty good on gravel, but really need to get the RC 600 out of hiding…

You should find the RC especially good off road, I also have a Honda XR400 with many mods and the Rc is equally good off road and better on road
