OK, that should be fine then. I remember that other people had contacted them and received replies (I think that's how I knew they make a small charge. Should have remembered that but I'm getting old now and the grey matter lets me know at times. I'll be on the IoM for the next three weeks and will only have limited internet access, so may not be able to add too much till I get back 11 Jun.

letter came back today from Simon Neal with a certificate of origin from Piaggio.

It states it's manufactured in 1973 as a two wheel Moped.

the moped bit is important as my son can now ride it at 16
