Hi Guys
Help please as the Nordwest water pump is leaking !
Seems that repair kits and new units are very hard to come by with refurbished exchange units very expensive. Any ideas please ?
Many Thanks
Stephen

Hi Stephen,
If you catch them when they just start to leak they are re-build able with new seals and bearings, go on the French Gilera club 'rapid mous'e website there is a very detailed description giving bearing and seal numbers, if you didn't catch it early enough you could be making a new stainless shaft if the impeller is knackered or the housing damaged it gets really serious, you need a good machine shop to help
Good luck
John

Hi guys,
Long story with regards to the re-build of the Nordwest water pump, hope fully will have some good and shareable news for owners in the UK.
Meanwhile does a technical doc exist that shows how to " strip" or maintain said item. Lost my manual and cannot find anything on the site!
Thanks
Stephen
