My rebuild is getting there too, got the full rolling chassis together and some other bits and bobs. Started polishing the exhaust too. Anybody got a chain guard for sale before I try repairing mine?

Hi Stu that could be the ex John Rushworth bike, he removed the engine from a Nordie to put into the Saturno the I now own and later replaced the vacant space with a 600cbr. I think there may be a picture of it on the owners machine link ;)it was claimed ho built it to pull wheelies something Nordies seem to do quite well anyway

I know this is an old post but I just put the item number into Ebay on the off chance that the page might still come up - that's a really nice conversion - I'd like to see it with the panels off to get an idea how it all fits in as the clearance for the carbs must be fag paper thin, and filters?
Just for a laugh I stuck my RC600 frame onto a good CBX750 motor I just happen to have on the bench..............it don't fit obviously but with a bit of Harris Magnum style perimeter frame tube bendery it could. Air/oil cooled 90bhp in a very compact package.
My Nordwest/Husqvarna hybrid idea is too problematic but this, this has less issues oddly enough.

You don't need an imagined high that you get on drugs bikes give the real things

Here's that Nordie in action - never out of first gear - sounds throaty, but then again so do I. Where's me paracetamol?

Nordie and RC600 frames are different so a tubular frame from a Nordy would be a better start point.
