Hi O-B here I am living in a foreign country surrounded by all nationalities with all sorts of cultural and religious differences, hardly the place to be xenophobic, and even along with many other Brits can't get my head around Morris dancing, men with knotted hankies on their head and bells on their trousers will never be fashionable :P

I would move to Scotland in a flash, I like the Scots but for good reason there are a few that don't like us English much, so I think i'll stay where I am.
What used to really get my attention was the Indian and Chinese Takeaway people who have Scottish accents.
I was in Dundee a few years ago, very nice place but I prefer Perth for a holiday.

I met a Nigerian couple who returned after many years living in Edinburgh, their 2 small children spoke with a Scots accent which nobody could understand here.
The other funny was yonks ago at a new year party held by British Caledonian Airways in Lagos, and bang on the dot at midnight in marched the police academy band with pipes and drums at full blast wearing kilts and all the gear, no idea what tartan it was, but would guess a special variation on the Black Watch, they looked and sounded the business until you noticed all these black faces.

Mabe it is 'only' a problem with the gauge.
Last year my Nordie als heated up very quickly. I thought i shouls take a little crae abou this ;)
Last week i have see nthat the needle climbs up to 12 o clock just turning the ignition on.
I replaced the sensor in the cylinder head.
Maybe you couls measure the resistance of the sensor and the temperature and post it here to compare. At 12 degrees it should be about 1kOhm. At least mine (the 'new* one) has this
