sorry i am very new to this
i have a gilera 600 norwest supermoto
i bought as a non runner
90 percent back together now but will not start for love for money the wiring was a mess and i have fixed most of the bugs but will not fire up the spark is very weak
is there anyone out there who has a wiring diagram on the ignition side so i can double check my wiring

You can down load the Nordwest /RC600 manual from this site, there are wiring diagrams in the back of the manuals I have a spare CD manual and will be back in the UK if you can wait that long I will post it to you
I'm in the middle of making a wiring loom on my Saturno so know what a pile of spagetti looks like

take care to have the right wiring sheme.
There are 2 differnet igition systems on nordies. Depends on the building date.
Capazitive and induktive.
The fact sheets will tell you how to find out which one you have.

There is an write-up in one of the old GeN magazine explaining the the difference between the 2 systems and how to identify what you have
The big difference is the early system is not relying on battery power to provide sparks only to crank the engine. The later system uses the battery to provide sparks and needs a healthy battery or no sparks, Have you triad jump leads onto a car battery??
