you will need the friction plates and maybe also the steel plates

You know which one?
As far as i remeber (it's about 11 years ago i changed my nordie clutch) there is nothing special.
Beside.... i am mot shure any more.
I think the inner basket with the plates can be removed easy.
You only need something to block the clutch.
You know about the workshop manual?
Oh and if you have a kickstarter lever you should know how to remount the right cover the easy was
