TOPIC:

Found out that i have a leak coming from the black box just below my exhaust manifold, at the front of the engine. the name of the box is " water passage coupler" I think that is where the thermostat resides. Is that correct? Is there anything i should know before i attempt to repair this leak?.

The thermostat is in the grey metall housing on the left, front side of the cylinder.
I suppose you are talking about that black plastic part with two hoses on the right side.
If you are interested in a nice replica made from stainless steel...
I think i still have some of them left.

Thanks all good again, found a second housing with had the thermostat in. When i removed my housing there was no thermostat. Now no more leaks.
