Hi Folks,
The thread on draining the cooling system reminded me, rather than hijack that thread, what K&N filter fits the Saturno 350, bearing in mind I don't have an air box, so it would have to be a tubular filter. I'm looking at the K&N CCM404, I would like to know of that's the one I should go for please?.
Thanks,
Alan.

Hello folks,
Just a reminder. Does anyone have a pod air filer fitted to their Saturno Bialbero?, if so, do you have the number of the filter please?. The K&N ones aren't cheap, and I wouldn't want to buy the wrong one. If not, I'll go with the one in my previous writings.
Thanks.
Alan.

if i remember right some guys have used rather big K&N filters with some kind of bracket at the end.
Must be something like this one, unfortunately without any K&N number.

ciao Joachim

PS isn't there someting about that theme in the old GeN mags?

Joachim,
I found it, RU1780, but that's for the 500, my little 350 needs an internal diameter of 48mm, but now I have the information I was needing, I'll find one.
Thanks for the directions!
Alan.

My 350 Saturno has a Keihin FCR39 flat slide fitted to it.

I used a large K&N RC-9380 which fitted nicely under the tank but it does have a 60mm neck diameter to suit the Keihin adapter.

I've always gone for the biggest filter I can fit to minimize horsepower loss.

It's always amused me to see guys who spend a fortune on engine upgrades top their pride and joy off with a set of tiny pod filters :)
