Be careful when removing the pump from the engine. It's easy to break the mounting flanges so don't lever on them. Using a soft mallet work around the pulley tapping it to ease the pump out of the cylinder. This can take a bit of time so go slowly.

The parts needed to rebuild the pump are:
2 x Water Pump Bearings: 6001 2RS / C3
1 x Water Pump Seal: Burgmann BT-AR 12C

If the shaft is damaged you may need to have a new one made. My original pump shaft looked like this:

Any competent mechanical engineer should be able to make up a new shaft for you using the pump as a guide. Be careful though. The first pump shaft I had made didn't have the correct interference fit for the pulley and it came off. Fortunately the cam belt cover stopped it coming right off and no serious engine damage occurred (apart from the cover).
