Yeah, mine pops on the overun too. Flat spot at 4-5000 rpm to.The bottom end performance is'nt there realy but picks up at 5k. I recon it should be nice and crisp down low with decent pull, wont even pick up the front in first, not that I would ever wheelie on the public highway!

Nah, it'll chug along until about 3.5/4k then whoosh.

Get the carbs off and into an ultrasonic, the difference is incredible....plus that end can might not help.

Yeah, I agree, carbs coming off this weekend. Goning to remove the can rivets and open the can up aIbit as its abit quite and not as free flowing as I like.
