Had no support on it for a week now, and stopped the painkillers and anti-inflammatory tablets and it's much better, still a bit of a dull ache but back to 95% which ain't too bad.

Screw the grass, I'm getting a goat....

Careful you will find the goat is eating everything else and not the grass ;)
