And the seal? I presume this is different to the o-ring?

I found a company in UK selling a very close equivalent German made seal P/No SBS/012LSS/CAN11 from South Coast Seals Waterlooville Hants. T. 023 9225 7766 which were about gbp16 when I bought 5 a long time back.
The seal is a normal water pump seal but very compact and in 2 parts the rotating bit mounted onto the shaft, which has a spring loaded bit with a rubber moulded bellows inside to keep any water from coming out and the stationary part which fits into the pump casing that has a ceramic ring pressed into the outer seal ring.

Been on the French website but I must be thick as I can only find info on the Nordwest pump. Are the parts to refurbish a Saturno pump the same? Cheers everyone for the information so far.

But for you it's coming home.
For me it's a cold and rainy foreign country.
All the cars broken, having the steering wheel on the wrong side ;)

The roller bearings are both 6001-2RS / C3
I have bearings and gasket sets here around.
For the gaskets i have payed 25Euro.
So if you need something for the master class and could not get hands on something realy british....

ciao Joachim
