The bearings are available at any bearing supplier. The seal will be available from a specialist pump parts supplier.

Water Pump Bearings: 6001 2RS / C3
Water Pump Seal: Burgmann BT-AR 12C

Fixed - had them the wrong way round. It was late when I posted :)

Cheers!

looks somehow 'funny' :)
Burgmann BT_AR 12c is the mechanical sealing
6001 2RS / C3 the roller bearing i think ;)
C3 is important. And you should buy a quality bearing from SKF, FAG, or other major brands. No China stuff
I didn't have muy papers with me, so i can not compare.
Have a look after the new, shorter Burgmann Sealing.
The right numbers must be here in some older articles about water pumps.
I will have a look at monday when i'm back at work.

ciao Joachim

The Burgmann BT AR 12c requires between 11 and 11.5mm of operational space which was spot on when I rebuilt the pump the first time around.

I've just received my rebuilt pump in the mail :)

Because the pulley came part way off the shaft I had to have the pulley center sleeved and another new shaft made. I'm looking forward to getting it back on the road next week. I'll have to wait until local restrictions are lifted to go for a proper ride though.

My Saturno is back on the road :)

I took it out for a short run yesterday and it's running nicely. Hopefully this is the end of the water pump saga and I can get in some trouble free riding after the pandemic!
