Overbomber, please may I gratefully accept your offer?! The rebuild of the Saturno will be taking place over the winter, I have a little 250 Honda AX1 that I use over the colder months. I'll be happy to offer whatever cash you require to sort this problem for me, together with heartfelt thanks. Would you like me to send you further contact details? Cheers.

Yes, no problemo, always happy to help out if I can. Once the machine is installed and we're up to speed on the programming and machining strategy side of things I'd happily machine you a replacement.
PM me your email, plus if you're on Facebook that's an easy way of getting hold of me.

Joachim, thanks very much for this offer. Overbomber has offered to machine a replica but if that doesn't work out for whatever reason I'd gladly accept your offer. Cheers.

Anybody have an idea of the cost of a Saturno footpeg, I have a new old stock item but no idea of its value, the rubber bushes are are probably un-obtanium ;)

There's a NOS one on the Bay of Fools in Australia that equates to £22 and there are rubber covers without the knurrled metal peg in the US of A for about £37.
