A bit of careful TIG welding should take care of that - best get it aligned on a jig though, just so it's not on the piss as it were....
Pressed steel will always crease or rupture with an impact but at least you can see the extent of the damage and again, jig'n'tig and away you go.
Chrono looks a straightforward fix.

Hi O-B
Have to agree jig and tig and should be no problem,
I thought the gfr frame was also alli?? are you sure the other frame is not an SP01 or 02??
Cheers

The rolling chassis starts with a 164 prefix so would suggest its a crono.

Hi George,
I thought gfr and Crono chassis was an alli beam and the earlier and cheaper SP01 and 02 were a steel beam frame??
Cheers
John

No, they all have the same cheap steel frame.
The only real alluminium frame has the Piuma

ciao Joachim

Bonus - that'll mean either one is easy to fix, in terms of jig'n'tig....unless you know someone that sold their soul to the devil in return for aluminium TIG skillz. Anyway if they're both steel then repair is less fraught with issues.
