Hi Tiagus,
They don't normally have trouble with the starter motor being week, check the starter motor brushes, commutator and bearings. The usual problem of hard starting is not enough cranking amps from the battery or the Sprag clutch is slipping, the clutch is costly and is used on some KTM's, I've had 2 clutches that were not working that I have repaired by replacing the garter spring that holds the clutch pawls in position against the inner ring.
The system works, unlike my Morini, which has had many hours spent on it and still is much use

Just clicking sounds like the solenoid operating but not enough current to turn the starter motor. Check the battery and all cable connections (particularly the earth). Or possibly the starter jammed somehow.

When the sprag clutch has failed you tend to get more of a whirring/clonking noise without the engine being turned over properly.

As the engine is new has more compression, the relay burned, and found that the battery does not have the proper voltage. That's why I thought the engine had to have a decompressor for the battery does not have the strength to turn the starter. Almost everything is solved when you start to walk like she put a video

Hi Tiagus,
Gilera's do need a good battery, it's no good trying to save money, buy the best you can find, Hawker Odyssey is the best I have found and although expensive last longer, you also need good connections in the starter relay, any voltage drop and the battery no matter how good will not kick it over.
You DO NOT need a decompressor with a good electric start
Hope you get it all sorted

Update the bike worked well for 7 km. He broke the exhaust valves that were the mechanic to adjust because they were adapted to it. The problem was not connecting the battery that was for a 175cc, the only good news was the water pump That is reliable.

:( :S  Oh dear I can only hope no damage to the cylinder head and piston, so the VW valve not such a good idea?? Hahne Power stock proper valves and also do bigger size valves if you are looking for better breathing, don't give up
